The menu is crafted for communal dining, featuring a multi-tiered spread that symbolizes abundance and unity. Each tier is thoughtfully curated, starting with Maria\u2019s signature appetiser, followed by indulgent main courses and complemented by mouth-watering sides\u2014creating the perfect setting for both breaking fast and festive reunions with family and friends.<\/p>\n

Maria\u2019s SteakCafe is dedicated to catering to diverse preferences, offering both beef and non-beef options. The feast begins with the vibrant Spicy Mussels in a rich tomato-based sauce, accompanied by crispy garlic bread as a tempting starter. The main courses present a delightful fusion of Western and Malaysian flavors, with Maria\u2019s signature Air Asam and Percik Sauce served on the side to elevate the dining experience.<\/p>\n

For the four-person beef set, guests can indulge in premium cuts such as Argentinian Striploin and New Zealand Lamb Cutlets. Those seeking a more luxurious experience can upgrade their steaks to Black Angus Ribeye, Wagyu MB7 Tenderloin, or Wagyu MB9 Ribeye. The non-beef set features Grilled Salmon and New Zealand Lamb Cutlets, with the option to upgrade to Pan-Fried Atlantic Cod.
