To mark this sacred season, Maria’s SteakCafe is bringing back its special seasonal menu, available from 1st March to 30th April 2025. This exclusive offering is designed to enhance the spirit of unity during Iftar and Hari Raya gatherings, making every meal a truly memorable experience.
The menu is crafted for communal dining, featuring a multi-tiered spread that symbolizes abundance and unity. Each tier is thoughtfully curated, starting with Maria’s signature appetiser, followed by indulgent main courses and complemented by mouth-watering sides—creating the perfect setting for both breaking fast and festive reunions with family and friends.
Maria’s SteakCafe is dedicated to catering to diverse preferences, offering both beef and non-beef options. The feast begins with the vibrant Spicy Mussels in a rich tomato-based sauce, accompanied by crispy garlic bread as a tempting starter. The main courses present a delightful fusion of Western and Malaysian flavors, with Maria’s signature Air Asam and Percik Sauce served on the side to elevate the dining experience.
For the four-person beef set, guests can indulge in premium cuts such as Argentinian Striploin and New Zealand Lamb Cutlets. Those seeking a more luxurious experience can upgrade their steaks to Black Angus Ribeye, Wagyu MB7 Tenderloin, or Wagyu MB9 Ribeye. The non-beef set features Grilled Salmon and New Zealand Lamb Cutlets, with the option to upgrade to Pan-Fried Atlantic Cod. For a more intimate meal, the two-person set offers a choice of Grilled Salmon or Argentinian Striploin, with the same upgrade options to suit every preference.
A satisfying meal is never complete without a generous selection of sides and a decadent dessert. Side dishes include Battered Onion Rings, Roasted Potatoes, Sautéed Vegetables, and, for the four-person set, additional crispy Steak Fries. The feast concludes on a sweet note with a Moist Chocolate Cake, ensuring a perfect finale to the dining experience.
Staying true to tradition, each meal begins with dates and Maria’s Ramadan and Raya special drink, Syrup Bandung Lychee, setting the stage for a delightful feast.
