From early morning, thousands of fans swarmed the plaza, umbrellas in one hand and hopes in the other, patiently waiting for a glimpse of the beloved artist. As the clock ticked closer to his arrival, the excitement grew louder than the city traffic—and then, there he was. Dressed in the iconic outfit from his “Hachikō” music video, Kaze appeared like a dream come true, and the crowd erupted.
He opened with “Hachikō,” his first-ever English track, which had the crowd singing word-for-word like a synchronized choir. Fans cheered, swayed, and some definitely cried. The moment was cinematic. And just when you thought it couldn’t get more emotional, he launched into crowd-favorites like “Shinunoga E-Wa,” “Matsuri,” and “Michi Teyu Ku (Overflowing).” Giant LED screens and billboards throughout Paragon Parc flashed his image like a living love letter from Thailand to Japan.
And just when the vibe hit peak wholesomeness? Thai fans gave him the ultimate gift: an early birthday serenade! A sea of voices sang “Happy Birthday” in unison, making Kaze break into the biggest grin of the night.
Ever the charming soul, he didn’t stop at music. Kaze dropped some sweet Thai phrases that sent the crowd into collective meltdown:
🥹 “Sabai dee mai?” (How are you?)
😎 “Sabai sabai.” (It’s chill.)
😍 “Kon Thai narak.” (Thai people are cute.)
🙏 “Kob khun krub.” (Thank you.)
But here’s the kicker: after the music ended, Fujii Kaze stayed. No VIP barriers, no rushing off. Just the artist and his fans, up-close and personal. He took selfies, shook hands, signed autographs, and basically redefined the term “fan service.” It wasn’t just a concert—it was a moment, and it was free.

And this is just the beginning. In 2025, Fujii Kaze is going global—with performances lined up at heavy-hitting festivals like the North Sea Jazz Festival in the Netherlands, Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland, Lollapalooza Chicago, and Outside Lands San Francisco. With his upcoming album “Prema” dropping September 5th, the world better get ready for a whole new wave of Kaze magic. Until then, Bangkok will be dreaming of that one rainy day turned unforgettable.
